Shite celebrity role model #1

Nicole Scherzinger, most famous for threatening to steal your man whilst groaning provocatively in leather and producing such high quality  lyrics as 'me like it when you kiss my yeah yeah yeah yeah', told the August issue of US Marie Claire, 'I cried when I saw my first Pussycat Doll costume; It was my first photo shoot, and I wasn't used to wearing clothes like that. It's growing up, though, right? I'm a woman, and it's part of owning what you are.'

Erm... what?

Crying from humiliation whilst pulling on a revealing costume that you feel naked in because you've been ordered to is 'owning what you are?' On whose planet? Are you out of your mind, Scherzinger?

At the other end of the spectrum is the massively talented Jessie J, who also recently recalled the pressure she faced when breaking into the business. It appears, though, that Ms J has what is commonly called a BACKBONE, telling those around her, 'This is what my album is going to sound like. Stop trying to put me in a bikini next to a rapper!'

All hail the girl from Essex who has more substance than the whole bunch of 'Dolls' combined.
